  • How do I place an order?
    1. Search for the book that you want to buy. 2. Press "Add to basket". 3. Continue your search if you want to buy more books. 4. Press "Delete" or change the "Number" of books ordered if you regret one or more books or if you want to change the number of books added to basket. 5. Press 'Refresh Basket" if you want to know the price of your order. 6. Press "Check-Out" when you have finished your shopping. 7. Choose "Terms of payment" and "Terms of delivery". 8. Fill in your data and delivery address in case you want the books to be send to another address than the address above. 9. Press "Continue". 10. Press"Accept" if you want to accept your order as well as your personal data.Your order will be sent to us when you have accepted your order. Please note that your order will not be completed, if you leave the page before you accept the order.When you place orders on this website please notice that: Atuagkat Bookstore's automatic order processing unit will send you an e-mail in which the agreement between the business and the costumer is outlined. Furthermore, when the order has been placed, a similar agreement is generated which the costumer is requested to print out.
  • Can I regret my order?
    In the act of regretting your purchase of the product, this can only be undertaken if the product is returned in the same condition, as it was when you received it. You may unpack the product, as long as you can return it in the same condition. The right to regret your purchase is void, if you use the product in a way in which it is completely apparent that its sales value will be considerably decreased. When you use your right to regret your purchase, you must pay for the freight yourself in the act of returning the product. If you have purchased a product in our web store, you will have the right to regret the purchase in most cases. Only, you must return the product no later than 14 days after you have received it. You may return the books by: - Return the unused product. - An administration charge of 250 kr VAT exclusive shall be imposed upon unclaimed COD parcels. Obviously, this rule does not apply in cases of on-time cancellation on telephone or e-mail. The administration charge covers the actual expenses that Atuagkat Bookstore has on freight, handling and administration. - Enter an appearance on our address and returning the product and regretting your purchase on location. When we have received the product and controlled that it meets the conditions for claiming the right to regretting your purchase, we shall contact you to learn whereto, we must return the purchase price.
  • How do I follow the state of my order?
    Type your order number and code, which has been sent to you by e-mail.
  • What if i have a complaint?
    According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act exists a right to making refund claims in 24 months on all articles. The right to making refund claims means that you as a costumer can make complaints about defects and deficiencies in the product that has occurred 24 months after the purchase. However, it is a precondition that these shortcomings have not emerged due to your own incorrect use of the product or other sorts of tortious act that has brought about the shortcoming. You must make your complaint within reasonable time after you have recorded the defect. We shall refund reasonable demands on freight charges that you may have when returning the product, as long as the complaint is legitimate. When you wish to complain about a product, you must send your claim to us on our address: Atuagkat Boghandel ApS P.O. Boks 1009 DK-3900 Nuuk - Grønland Email: ordre@atuagkat.gl When you return the book, we request you to note the following remarks on the parcel: Preferably order code and/or invoice code. If possible, a duplicate of the invoice will be preferred. However, please note that we do not receive parcel post COD (cash on delivery). Returning the books can also take place by refusing receipt of the books or by returning the books directly to Atuagkat Bookstore. Reimbursement In case of an agreed discount, returned or pre-paid books that are cancelled prior to shipment, a total or partly reimbursement of the total order will be made. Normally, a reimbursement is made by a transfer and Atuagkat Bookstore needs all relevant data to be able to execute such bank transfer. Such information is not sensitive and can be e-mailed or posted to Atuagkat Bookstore.
