Listen to the silence
I walk up the mountain and hear the sound of a motor boat in the distance. I stop and realize it´s the beating of my heart - I am at the centre of silence. With all my heart, I delight in the natural world, be it the small flowers that are shooting up or the high mountains beyond my reach. When I am happy nature opens up every possibly and if I am troubled by worries, it is like nature embraces me and comforts me. Nature has space for everyone.
