Atuagkat Bookstore's freight is conducted by TELE-POST Greenland. Time of delivery is soonest possible, depending on stock and TELE-POST Greenland.
Atuagkat Bookstore ApS can not be held responsible for any delay due to TELE-POST Greenland. In case of considerable delays or deliveries not taken place, Atuagkat Bookstore will, of course, send you a new delivery without any charges for you.
Please be aware that delivery time for deliveries to Denmark or foreign countries can vary depending on your choice of shipment (airmail or surface mail).
Return & Exchange Policy
In the act of regretting your purchase of the product, this can only be undertaken if the product is returned in the same condition, as it was when you received it. You may unpack the product, as long as you can return it in the same condition. The right to regret your purchase is void, if you use the product in a way in which it is completely apparent that its sales value will be considerably decreased.
When you use your right to regret your purchase, you must pay for the freight yourself in the act of returning the product.
If you have purchased a product in our web store, you will have the right to regret the purchase in most cases. Only, you must return the product no later than 14 days after you have received it. You may return the books by:
- Return the unused product.
- An administration charge of 250 kr VAT exclusive shall be imposed upon unclaimed COD parcels. Obviously, this rule does not apply in cases of on-time cancellation on telephone or e-mail. The administration charge covers the actual expenses that Atuagkat Bookstore has on freight, handling and administration.

When you regret your purchase the purchase price will be repaid to you by a money transfer to your bank. When we have received the product and controlled that it meets the conditions for claiming the right to regretting your purchase, we shall contact you to learn whereto, we must return the purchase price.
